What is Exemestane:

AROMAMED 25 (Exemestane) belongs to the class of drugs called aromatase inhibitors (AIs). Anabolic steroid athletes use AROMAMED 25 (Exemestane) to combat almost all estrogen-related side effects, such as gynecomastia, water retention and bloating, and high blood pressure (due to estrogen-induced water retention).

Compounds like AROMAMED 25 (Exemestane) where estrogen levels are reduced, the goal and idea is to control estrogen levels, not eliminate them completely. Completely eliminating estrogen levels can lead to serious consequences, especially in the long term. The estrogen hormone only needs to be regulated at an appropriate level, and then the aromatase inhibitor (such as AROMAMED 25 (Exemestane)) can be stopped, gradually reduced or completely omitted. How to use:

The standardized dose of AROMAMED 25 (Exemestane) is 25 mg, but there is evidence that it can be effective in doses as low as 2.5 mg/day.

The half-life of AROMAMED 25 (Exemestane) is approx. 27 hours. AROMAMED 25 (Exemestane) can be taken at any time, although studies and medical instructions suggest that the body may absorb it better if AROMAMED 25 (Exemestane) is taken with food.
