TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy)
TRT - Testosterone replacement therapy
TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) is a form of treatment used to treat low testosterone levels. Testosterone is an important hormone produced in men that is responsible for many physical and mental functions.
During the TRT course, the body replaces the missing testosterone. This makes it possible to normalize testosterone levels and alleviate symptoms such as decreased libido, fatigue, mood disorders and muscle loss.
During the testosterone undecanoate TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) course, the injections are usually used with the following frequency:
-
Initial phase: Testosterone undecanoate injections are usually given once or twice a week for the first few weeks. This helps to achieve stable testosterone levels in the body.
-
Maintenance phase: Once the desired testosterone level is reached, during the maintenance phase testosterone undecanoate injections are usually given less frequently, such as once a week or every two weeks. Your doctor will determine the optimal dosage based on your individual needs.
- 10 ampoules divided into the base of the jaw - 2 ampoules per week for 4 weeks, then 1 ampoule every 2 weeks for the last 2
At the end of the course, hormone restoration must be carried out, as the body stops producing its own hormone, e.g. CLOMIMED 50 (Clomifen Citrate)
